Chef Timothy Hollingsworth is an award-winning chef in Los Angeles, renowned for his innovative approach to American cuisine. In 2015, he launched Otium, a Contemporary American restaurant in Los Angeles, which has become a beacon of culinary excellence. He is also the co-founder of Chain, a creative concept with B.J. Novak that reimagines beloved chain restaurant favorites.

The French Laundry, where he spent 13 years, including four years as Chef de Cuisine. His exceptional talent has earned him numerous accolades, such as the Rising Star Chef Award from The San Francisco Chronicle and the Rising Star Chef of the Year Award from the James Beard Foundation.

In 2018, Chef Tim showcased his culinary prowess on Netflix’s The Final Table, a global competition series. He also serves as a judge on season 3 of the PBS series, The Great American Recipe.
